Our vision is to provide care in a way which draws upon each individual person's past experiences, in a safe environment, that encourages family involvement. The experiential, state-of-the-art design is a town center village beneath an enclosed, natural lit atrium. The village features components of a small, old-fashioned town with a band shell, post office, library, church, barn, windmill, schoolhouse, water tower, gazebos for dining, and a beauty shop.

Each working component of the village is meant to draw upon residents' past experiences. We created the unique atmosphere of MeadowView to provide a safe, comfortable environment, but also to provide a variety of engaging experiences on a day to day basis.

Robert Sample, R.Ph.—President and CEO
Bob Sample is a well-known and respected pharmacist, developed West Ridge Care Center in 1992, one of the first dementia-specific facility in the state designed and programmed for the special needs of those experiencing memory loss. Bob continues his lifelong quest to improve the quality of life for the elderly in a compassionate, caring, and affordable environment.
